Terms & Conditions

Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
Gift cards are valid across participating venues within Point Hotel.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred.
Any unused balance will remain available until the expiry date.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption.
If the total purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Lost, stolen, damaged or expired gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
