We’re delighted to have you with us. To enhance your future experience, we are undertaking a staged upgrade of our ground-floor restaurant and kitchen from 15 December through April.
During this time, all dining, including breakfast and all-day service, will be temporarily hosted on our rooftop, where you can enjoy beautiful views while works are underway.
The downstairs restaurant will be closed, and while minor daytime works may be visible, we will do everything we can to minimise disruption, with all hotel services and amenities continuing to operate as normal.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where will dining take place and what’s happening around the hotel?
Renovations are now underway, and all dining including breakfast, lunch, light bites and dinner is being served on the Level 12 rooftop.
Temporary screens have been installed around the lobby bar, restaurant and gym areas, with clear signage guiding you throughout the hotel from the lobby and elevators to the car park. Our team is always on hand to assist.
Work is taking place during standard daytime hours, with every effort made to minimise noise and guest impact.
We appreciate your understanding as we refresh these spaces and look forward to welcoming you to a newly enhanced point of view.
When will the new dining spaces reopen?
Dining spaces will reopen in stages as renovations progress, with the fully redesigned ground-floor amenities expected by mid 2026. We look forward to sharing each new space as it comes to life.
Will the menu remain the same at the rooftop?
Menus will be thoughtfully refined during this period to suit rooftop service and temporary kitchen facilities, ensuring smooth delivery and quality dining.
What will breakfast be like?
Breakfast will be served in our rooftop bar in a convenient continental format, featuring cereals, muesli, pastries, toast and condiments. Hot dishes are also available, made to order.

What can I expect for dinner?
Dinner will feature a tailored, limited menu that ensures prompt, relaxed evening dining, with a small selection of desserts also available.
OPEN: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm daily.
Will coffee still be available?
Yes! A coffee cart and grab-and-go station is in the foyer each morning.
Can I book events or functions?
Function bookings are temporarily paused until the renovation is complete.
Are there any additional dining options nearby?
Absolutely, our reception team would be delighted to recommend local restaurants and cafes.
Is parking available?
Secure basement parking will remain available but may be limited at peak times. Additional nearby street parking is accessible, and signage will assist with directions.
Will access to facilities change?
Gym: The gym is now located in room 201.
Pool: Pool access has moved to the front of the hotel, with clear directional signage to guide you.
Can I order food and drinks at the pool?
Poolside food and beverage service is temporarily unavailable while the lobby bar and kitchen remain closed.
Will Rooftop entertainment continue?
Our popular live acoustic Fridays from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm will continue as usual.
Other activities, including trivia, rooftop yoga and Pilates, and DJ entertainment, are on a short pause until further notice.
Will my room or housekeeping services change?
No, all guest rooms and housekeeping services continue as normal.
Will accommodation packages or vouchers be affected?
Your inclusions remain fully valid, including breakfast and dining vouchers, now redeemed via rooftop dining.
What if something impacts my stay?
Your comfort is always our priority. If anything isn’t quite right, please speak with us immediately so we can assist.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis , we are committed to ensuring you leave feeling valued and well-cared for.
